The Beginning
In April 2024, Seoul Soul opened its doors in Kennedy Town with a bold vision: to become Hong Kong's most authentic premium Korean BBQ experience. We saw a neighbourhood hungry for quality Korean dining and answered with passion, precision, and over 60 carefully curated dishes.
Kennedy Town — a vibrant, evolving neighbourhood on the western tip of Hong Kong Island — was the perfect home. Away from the tourist crowds, yet accessible by MTR, it allowed us to build a local following that values quality over hype.
Our Philosophy
We believe that "all-you-can-eat" should never mean "settling for less." Every cut of meat is hand-selected. Our beef is wet-aged for enhanced tenderness and flavour, sourced from trusted suppliers. Our Black Angus comes in a signature wooden box, presented with the ceremony it deserves.
From the sizzle of LA Galbi on the grill to the delicate umami of our signature Soy Sauce Crab & Shrimp, every dish is crafted to honour Korean culinary traditions while delighting Hong Kong palates.
