Can I dine solo at Seoul Soul?

AYCE requires a minimum of 2 guests. However, solo diners are welcome to order à la carte items during weekday lunch hours.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. However, we highly recommend making a reservation — especially for dinner and weekends — to guarantee your table.

What happens if I'm late for my reservation?

We hold reservations for 15 minutes. After that, your table may be released to walk-in guests. Please contact us if you're running late so we can try to accommodate you.

Is there a time limit for the AYCE?

Smart and Premium sets have a 120-minute limit on weekdays and 100 minutes on weekends/holidays. The Unlimited set has no time limit — stay as long as you like (up to 5.5 hours)!

Can I bring my own wine or drinks?

Yes! There is no bottle charge. If you need wine glasses, a charge of HK$15/glass applies. Ice bucket is HK$30/bucket. If you use water cups, there is no corkage at all. Note: beer and soju cannot be brought in.

Do you cater for birthdays or special events?

Absolutely! We play a birthday song on request, offer complimentary instant photos, and no cake cutting fee. For groups of 10+, please contact us in advance to arrange special seating.

What is the food waste charge?
